That can make some on-screen images far more interesting to them than others. One kitten named Fig appears to have discovered a show that puts those feline preferences to good use.

Fig, a calico kitten featured on the Instagram account @fossilandfig, appears to have found her latest source of entertainment in a Netflix show called “Sealook.” A video shared by the account shows the cat sitting in front of the television and watching the program with remarkable concentration.
The reason for Fig’s interest becomes clear through text added to the video. It reads, “There’s a show on Netflix called Sealook that’s only in colors cats can see.” The claim immediately seems to put the kitten’s reaction into perspective as Fig remains focused on the moving images on the screen.
She appears so captivated that watching from the coffee table is not enough. Fig climbs up toward the television and reaches out with her paws, seemingly trying to interact with what she is seeing. Her eyes remain trained on the screen as she follows along. Her owner sums up the kitten’s reaction with a simple observation: “She’s obsessed.”
Fig is apparently not the only cat to have developed an interest in the show. Other viewers joined the conversation by sharing photos and stories of their own cats watching it. One user simply wrote, “Can confirm lol.” Another said, “Playing this for my baby as soon as I get home.” Someone else revealed just how much their cat enjoys the show, writing, “MY CAT IS OBSESSED TOO!! Everyday 8-8:30 is netflix time.” Not every feline viewer was impressed, however. One commenter joked, “My cats still prefer the cursor on my screen.”
