Loyal Cat Refuses To Leave Bedside Of Dying Grandma Who Raised Her – We Love Cats and Kittens
One of my good friends in Nashville was a very famous pool player. He was very sweet to his dog and cat. The day he passed away, his wife called me to help with his cat. The cat wouldn’t leave his owners body. He just sat there and cried. It took him a very long time to deal with losing his sweet owner. It was heartbreaking. They really loved each other.
My husband was in the hospital for a over a month before he passed. His cat slept where the hospital bed was in our bedroom for almost three months and would dig all claws in so you could not pick him up. My cat who is a talker never stopped meowing and would run to me each time I cried.
One of the cats we have stayed with Ancle the night he died, and was very angry when his body was removed from our home. It has taken months(almost a year) for the cats not to cry for him. We all loved him very much.
I know my Kawala was with me through all my surgeries, slept right on my lap, when I was having seizures stayed right beside me after I was done, pets are very loyal, such unconditional love!
Always love you Kawala ! Sad but beautiful and heartwarming story,so true!
My parents had a cat that when my mom passed she walked up to my mom’s face, noticed she wasn’t breathing and looked at us with a wide eyed look. Years later when my dad died she was old and out to sleep to be with him.
Kitty knows what’s going on and doesn’t want to leave her as the lady passes. Kitty is providing comfort.
My mother’s cat spent the morning with her on the day she died, also. He jumped off the bed when we confirmed she had passed.
Proof that animals have feelings and deep attachments to us.
animals do. of course they are all different-but they KNOW when “stuff” is happening.
They have a six senceof knowing. I know I had one that knew when I was going to have pain.
Animals just “KNOW” =deep instinct and bonding..
And who says animals don’t have souls?
That is the unconditional love…..
Aww bless, what a lovely story.
Animals are very perceptive.
