Hi everyone, I'm really looking for some advice

My cat Amber (about 4 years old) throws up very often and we don't really know what to do about it anymore…
I'm looking for people who had similar experiences or any advice other than "go to the vet" because I did take her before and IF it turns out to be anything really bad I will take her again.
But for now, I'd like to figure out what the problem really is…

So she has always been a very picky eater, she has a bowl of dry food and we usually make sure there's always some food in there. Once a day around 5pm we feed her wet food.

We know what food she likes from which store but it's really difficult, some days she just doesn't bother eating the food that she liked before, and then a week later she'd eat it without any problem again…

Sometimes there are periods where she doesn't eat much at all, and then she eats normal again, and then she doesn't eat again, and so on.

When we didn't have her for a long time we found out she'd try to eat any kind of flowers we'd put in the house so we made sure to put them at places she really can't reach (100% certain) but I don't think that's the problem either since lately there have been no flowers at all. She also seems to be less playful but not necessarily sick…

Ps: I always keep her inside.
