Twix seems to know exactly who gave him a second chance. In a heartwarming Stray cat video, Sara Desideria Zdravkovic holds the orange-and-white street cat inside a veterinary clinic as he clings to her and rubs against her face. The reel, shared on Instagram, shows the rescued cat refusing to let go while still wearing medical wrapping. Sara’s caption called Twix a miracle after his difficult fight to survive.
Stray cat sticks to human who rescued him and doesn’t leave
The video of the stray cat was shared by @saradesideria, the account of Sara Desideria Zdravkovic. Her bio says she is a public figure who posts about fashion, food, lifestyle, and pets. The caption said, “I don’t need a caption for this… Twix is a miracle.”
In the reel, Sara sits in front of the clinic cages while holding Twix close. The cat keeps pressing into her chest and face, as if he has no interest in being put down. At one point, Sara appears emotional as Twix climbs higher and stays tucked against her. The on-screen text says, “POV: You rescued a stray cat, and now you’re his whole world.” That line matches the scene perfectly. Twix keeps nuzzling her chin and cheek, while Sara gently supports him with both arms.
Sara seems to say, “I need to go home, I need to go home,” Twix still refuses to leave her. Even when she shifts him slightly, he leans back in like she is the safest place he knows. A previous post added more context. Sara wrote that she first met Cherry and Twix after saving them from her community with help from her vet. She said they faced serious medical setbacks, including parvo and ringworm. The caption also said Twix survived multiple times because “he wanted to live.”
Fans were deeply moved in the comments. One wrote, “So glad !!! Many blessings to both of you
.” Another added, “You are his world, you are everything for this animal that it can cling to.” A third said, “As if he knew exactly who saved his life ?

.” Someone else wrote, “I don’t think he wants to go anywhere else. ?
