I still remember last year trouble to get into this pose, didnt know back then, that you can easy enter the pose from eka pada utkatasana (one legged chair pose) twist and it took me ages to get there. As Carmen said today, its very doable pose, when you get that necessary flexibility🤷🏻♀️😅 It is still quite intensive twist and armbalance at once. 🌪
