Here is a little clippet of Wilfred’s paws getting a thorough wash in the bath! We posted this a few days ago and a few people asked why he was having a bath, and a few others were less polite and told us that it was unnecessary and cruel.. &;&;&;&; For the record! Wilfred has had baths since he was a kitten, we were advised by his breeder and many other sources that his breed (Persian) need baths as they are unable to maintain hygiene of their long coats by themselves, which is essential for their overall health. And specifically Wilfred, for all of his merits, has never been a fan of self hygiene… Luckily, he IS a fan of baths! He is chilled and relaxed in baths and enjoys the warmth and attention &;
